Blispack, Grifols

The Grifols Innovation Department developed Blispack, a medication dosing machine for hospital pharmacies in large medical centers. Its goal is to minimize human error and improve processing time by automating dispensing and encoding medication for individual patients.

For the exterior design, the team opted for a low-investment manufacturing solution, given the limited production run. The main structure is composed of aluminum tubing, covered with blue polycarbonate panels—combining translucent and opaque sections to balance functionality and visual clarity.

Special attention was given to all key interaction points, including doors, actuators, display, and loading/unloading areas for encoded and sealed medication.
